Shanghai Shenda Department no.11 was established
on the basis of Shanghai Anda cotton mill. Anda consists
of two enterprises with long history, Shanghai no.10 cotton
mill and no.28 cotton mill, and is formed through capital
reconstruction and cooperative adjustment. The new mill
is located at no.428,Hu Nan road in Pudong new district
(the primary address of Shanghai no.28 cotton mill), and
holds 10617 square meter, 52524 pieces of spindle and
785 sets of manufacture machines. The mill can produce
yarns of pure cotton, t/c and other kinds from 6s to 100s.
It also can produce sick poplin, twill, oxford, down proof
and high-class interlining from 38 to 67 inches. There
are 2273 employees, 5600 retired persons and 150 technical
personnel which including 8 senior technical fellows.
To guarantee the qualities of our products at the top
level in the whole country and even in the world, the
factory sets up the management target for development,
which includs "Xuelian" brand 100% cotton, T/C
and polyester spun yarn, as well as "Golden Bird"
textile goods. The mill sticks to the business spirit
of " Quality Superior, Customer First " and
" Good Quality, Stable Credit, High Efficiency and
Low CoST ". Meanwhile, the mill also dedicates to
developing the great tradition of its management, strengthening
the staff’s quality sense, as well as emphasizing the
